    Product Introduction

    This 74V 40Ah LiFePO₄ battery pack is professionally assembled with high-performance prismatic LiFePO₄ cells, featuring a lithium iron phosphate cathode that delivers intrinsic high safety and superior chemical stability. Surpassing traditional lithium-ion battery packs in comprehensive performance, it offers extended cycle life (≥3,000 cycles), outstanding high and low temperature adaptability (-20℃ to 60℃ discharge), and strong environmental resilience for demanding industrial and energy storage applications.

    With a stable discharge platform and low internal resistance (≤80mΩ), it supports 90A continuous discharge (20 minutes), 150A for 5 minutes, and 300A peak (≤3 seconds). Standard charge current is 20A, with a maximum of 40A. The pack features an aluminium alloy housing with compact dimensions of 400×230×170mm and weighs approximately 22.5kg. Customization options are available – including capacity, voltage, communication protocols (RS232/RS485/CAN), parallel connection, SOC display, and terminals – to meet specific application requirements.
